Today, 5th November 2007, the DynamicYoga website has moved from its old venue to a new, prettier and more functional site. I hope you will like it too (let me know!)
I want to thank my friends at moreatless.com for having hosted my older site for four years. With their help I have now moved here; at last it was time even for me to grow outside the wall.
In this site I will concentrate primarily on the two programs that I care the most about; OKI-DO, or Dynamic Yoga, and the new program The Art Of Longevity.
