What Is Dynamic Yoga?

Dynamic Yoga is based on the teachings of the Japanese Master Masahiro Oki, who has dedicated his life to researching the essence of human nature. After years of investigation and practice, he developed a unique system of yoga in movement, which stimulates the natural activity of the life force and acts on both physical and mental levels. There it is; a total practice for both the body and the spirit, taken from different traditions and yoga teachings, which generate health and joy of living, so that every human being can demonstrate his/her abilities to the utmost, with spirit of collaboration towards other people.

When practiced passionately, Dynamic Yoga can produce profound changes and bring the body and mind to a natural state of relaxation.
